ALL INFORMATION ABOUT COVID-19 MEASURES
We want to ensure a high level of safety for our guests in the current situation and have therefore developed a series of voluntary additional guidelines and hygiene standards, supplemented by the current requirements and legal regulations. We offer all guests and employees an all-encompassing approach so that you can feel safe and secure with us. Clearly visible signs inform guests in the hotel about compliance with and implementation of the hygiene concept and legal regulations.
In the current times of the coronavirus pandemic, awareness of the importance of the cleanliness of high-touch surfaces has been raised once again among all employees. In the public guest areas, all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with effective disinfectants at shortened intervals and documented. In the hotel rooms, the rooms and bathrooms are also cleaned with effective disinfectants.
Notices are available at reception to remind all guests of the social distancing guidelines. Upon arrival, a valid vaccination or recovery certificate (3-G) or 24-hour old test will be requested. Guests’ requests will be processed individually at reception and social distancing rules will be observed. The use of the elevators is limited to one person per ride. The hotel provides hand sanitizer at all the following points: Entrance area of the accommodation, Public toilets, Communal kitchen.
The basic cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms by the staff is carried out regularly and additionally with the use of disinfectant. The rooms are sufficiently ventilated by the room staff. Bath and bed linen is changed, cleaned and stored hygienically in accordance with standards.
You will find many digital services in our Guest Service Manager. From the reservation confirmation, your registration form to the personal access code for the booked apartment. This not only saves you tedious paperwork, you are also completely free and flexible to come and go whenever you want.
Cleaning is carried out in 2x daily cleaning cycles. Door handles and fittings in the guest toilets are disinfected. Only 1 person is allowed in the public toilets at a time in order to comply with social distancing regulations.
Work materials are washed and cleaned hot in the dishwasher in the kitchen. Work surfaces are disinfected daily. If the incidence is below 35, a maximum of 10 people are allowed in the common room on the lower floor at the same time, and 3 people in the common kitchen. Distancing rules must be observed. A maximum of 3 people are allowed in the communal kitchen on the 1st floor at the same time. Here too, distancing instructions are visibly displayed and must be observed. With increasing incidence (35+), the communal kitchen is available by prior reservation. A time-limited pin code will then be issued by reception for use. The distance and maximum number of people still applies.
The check-in and check-out process can be carried out completely contactlessly using your own smartphone, with QR codes on all doors leading to the digital reception. Personal check-ins and check-outs are organized with distance between guest and receptionist. There is a sanitizer stand at the reception desk for disinfecting hands and also as a spacer. Pens are regularly disinfected after use. There are pictograms in front of reception to ensure compliance with the distancing and mask rules.
Every arriving guest is required by law to provide proof of vaccination or recovery on the day of arrival.
A stay is only possible for guests who are not infected with Sars-CoV-2 or have symptoms associated with it, who have not had contact with Covid-19 cases in the last 14 days and who do not come from a high-risk or high-risk variant area.
All guests aged 12 and over are required to wear FFP2 mouth and nose protection in public areas and walkways. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 can wear a medical mask or mouth and nose protection.
Door handles, light switches and handrails on stairs in public areas are disinfected at least twice a day. Mouth and nose protection is worn.
Mouth and nose protection or a face mask must be worn in all public areas. Proof of vaccination or recovery will be requested when entering the building.
Employees are instructed on the aforementioned protective measures and rules of conduct. At the first sign of infection, all employees and guests are required to report. Sufficient protective equipment such as face masks and gloves are available in the hotel. Our employees have collectively opted for the voluntary coronavirus vaccination. In addition, all employees have the opportunity to carry out free self-tests at any time. Measures and rules of conduct are set out in writing and accessible to all employees.
