FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We offer a fully automated and contactless check-in process. Before your arrival, you will not only receive the registration form but also an 8-digit and a 4-digit door code.
The 4-digit code can be used immediately to check in at the outside door. Do not forget: After entering the numbers, always click on the checkmark to confirm the process. At the apartment door itself, you must first use the 8-digit code once and confirm the process. Afterwards, you can also use the 4-digit code at your apartment door.
If you would like to check in at our reception, you can do so Monday to Friday from 9 a.m – 5 p.m.
With our Guest Service Manager, you can check out conveniently online and simply close the doors behind you. You will automatically receive the final invoice by e-mail. We ask you to leave the apartment by 11 a.m at the latest. If you would like to check out later, we can offer you a late check-out until 3 p.m, subject to availability. We will charge € 30 for this. Please contact us.
If you would like to check out at our reception, you can do so Monday to Friday until 11:00 am.
In the ZÄHLWERK Apartment Pfaffenhofen you can operate all our doors with door codes. However, we offer you the option of having room cards issued by us at reception.
With the 4-digit code, which you will receive from us before your arrival, you can easily enter and leave the apartment building.
The only exception is the initial activation of your apartment door. At the apartment door itself, you must first use the 8-digit code and confirm the process by ticking the box. You can then also use the 4-digit code on the apartment door.
Please note: After entering any code, you must always click the tick to confirm or the “x” if you have made a mistake.
You will find many digital services in our Guest Service Manager. From the reservation confirmation, your registration form to the personal access code for the booked apartment. This not only saves you the hassle of tedious paperwork, you are also completely free and flexible to come and go whenever you want.
Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m – 5 p.m. However, a contact person is also always available for you outside the reception hours listed and at weekends. For stays of seven days or more, rooms are cleaned once a week free of charge.
Please note that no cleaning service is available at weekends.
Two washing machines and two dryers are located in our laundry room in the basement. These are operated directly by the provider WeWash. You can use the WeWash app to check whether the washing machine or dryer is free, reserve a slot and pay for the washing or drying cycle conveniently in the app.

Some of our single rooms are barrier-free. Simply contact us if you require further information.
A total of 64 parking spaces are available in the parking lot behind our building. Parking is free of charge.
For contactless and cashless payment, we accept all major cards such as EC, Mastercard, Visa and Amex. If you do not have a credit card, you can also pay your bill for the apartment and the laundry service at our reception from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m – 5 p.m in cash or by EC card.

From the ZÄHLWERK apartment, you are not far from the car-free center of Pfaffenhofen. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of the town, where you will find many nice restaurants and bars to enjoy and go out.
Pfaffenhofen also proves to be a small paradise with many opportunities for varied leisure activities. Right opposite us – just a three-minute walk away – you will find the municipal outdoor pool, the PAFRock climbing hall with a 1,300 m² climbing area and the Pfaffenhofen ice rink.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The ZÄHLWERK highlight are our suite apartments. On 40-45 m² you will experience the purest living comfort here. In the separate living area, you can not only relax a little, but also accommodate another person on the sofa bed. Another special feature: all our suite apartments are located exclusively at the top floor. Peace and quiet and a wonderful view are guaranteed. In our Suite Apartment, you can simply enjoy your stay, whether you are staying with us for business or pleasure.
Plenty of space within your own four walls. Because in our studio apartments you have a separate living area that invites you to relax or do a home workout. However you use the extra space, the main thing is that you feel completely comfortable. We also provide you with a kitchen with a dishwasher. Have a really good time during your long-term stay here.
Alone or as a couple? Doesn’t matter! Because there is enough space for everyone in our double apartments.
Because we want you to feel comfortable and start your everyday life fit, we have put comfortable box spring beds in our double apartment. Are you traveling with friends? No problem! The king-size bed can be flexibly converted into two twin beds at any time. The high-quality equipment and plenty of storage space with an intelligently installed laundry compartment ensure a pleasant working and feel-good atmosphere. This means you can live comfortably in our double apartments, even for long-term stays.
In our single apartment you can seamlessly transition from working to regenerating. Because it’s big enough to accommodate home office, cooking and relaxing. And there’s enough space for your luggage thanks to our well-thought-out storage solutions. You can find even more space and stimulating company in our community spaces on the ground floor. Just come by and get to know us and other visitors to our house!
